Panucci Queue Modifications

User opens file/playlist

• modifies the queue
• opens new file
  • asked whether or not to save the queue (yes/no/cancel)
  • if yes: open a dialog to save to a playlist file
  • if no: save the current playing file as a bookmark
• closes the app
  • saves the queue to a temporary playlist file
  • saves a bookmark pointing to the temporary playlist

* this requires a db function to move bookmarks from one playlist to another
